1. These are our own privately owned apartments and as such they should be treated with care. You are responsible for any damage to the accommodation and contents during your stay that has occurred due to negligence or omission.  Any damage by your party or defects evident on arrival should be reported to our management company, Fresh Accommodation, without delay. 

2. For safety and economy (so that we can continue to offer low price rentals)  please do not leave electrical appliances on (i.e. air-conditioning, extractor fans, oven, TV) when you are not in the apartment.

3. Guests are advised that we (the owners) will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your goods or personal belongings kept at the accommodation.

4. A security deposit of £75 for the apartment or £50 for the studio is required to make a reservation and is not returnable in the event of cancellation.  Should you have to cancel your booking after the balance has been paid and we are not given sufficient notice, it may not be possible to refund costs incurred for services already ordered i.e. taxi, cleaning/laundry service etc. The full cost of the booking is payable 8 weeks prior to departure.  For insurance purposes, the deposit mentioned above will be retained until the apartment has been inspected after your departure.  The inventory will be checked and the cost of any damage, breakages or missing items may be deducted from this. The security deposit will be returned as soon as is reasonably possible (unless it is necessary to make an insurance claim in which case the deposit will not be refunded).

5. Should your flight dates/times be altered we will do our best to accommodate you. To do this you should provide us with the new flight details at your earliest opportunity.  At busy times it may not be possible for our management company to alter the transfer arrangement at short notice,  in which case you would have to obtain your own taxi on arrival at the airport and someone would meet you at the apartment to hand over the key.   If we cannot accommodate you or find you alternative accommodation the booking will be considered as cancelled.  In the event of  your arrival flight into Bulgaria being delayed by more than one hour please contact Fresh Accommodation using the emergency contact number on your taxi transfer confirmation form. 

6. The person booking should not do or permit any other member of the party to do anything that may compromise the personal safety of themselves or others. They should not allow anything that will in the opinion of the management be a nuisance to others. Noise should be kept to a minimum and consideration shown to other apartment owners and their guests. 

7. Children must be supervised at all times.

8. Check in time is normally 16:00 and check out time 12:00 mid-day local time on departure day. For those returning home on a late flight, where possible you will be allowed to remain in the apartment until your taxi arrives for the return transfer.  If another party is arriving on the day of your departure you will be required to vacate at 12:00 in order for the apartment to be cleaned but you may (by arrangement with the owners) be able to leave your packed luggage in the apartment for safekeeping until at least 16:00. 

9. Families and couples are preferred.  Single sex parties are accepted at owners discretion.  The person booking must be aged 21 or over. 

10. No pets are allowed. 

11. Litter and refuge must be placed in the designated areas.

12. Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation but is allowed on the apartment balcony and in the complex.

13. Under no circumstances should anyone be allowed to enter or stay in the apartment who is not authorised to do so by the Owners, the Management Company (Fresh Accommodation) or the Complex Management.

14. The Complex Management reserve the right to conduct maintenance and other activities in association with their business and we (the owners) cannot be held liable for any disturbance or inconvenience this may cause.

15. You must agree to the terms and conditions for us to accept your booking.  Any breach of  the above terms and conditions may result in your deposit not being returned.
