It can easily be reached by the stairs or the lift. ¨ There are 2 double bedrooms, one with super king-size bed and the other with 2 single beds which can be positioned together to make a double. There is a large corner sofa-bed in the living room which will comfortably sleep 2 people. ¨ A cot and highchair or folding bed can be requested at no extra cost (subject to availability). ¨ The kitchen has an oven and ceramic hob, a large fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. There is a dining table and 4 chairs and a coffee table. There is also an iron, small ironing board and clothes airer. There is a good sized hallway which incorporates a fitment with mirror and coat hooks and there is a safety deposit box. ¨ The balcony has a sunny aspect and is 14 foot long by 4 foot wide with a table and chairs. ¨ There is a large well appointed shower room with free hot water. ¨ Air conditioning and Cable TV are available at no extra cost. ¨ There is no under occupancy supplement. ¨ This ground floor studio is a great choice for a couple on a budget and has everything required for a perfect holiday. There is a large comfortable sofa-bed which sleeps 2 people. A cot and highchair or folding bed can be requested (subject to availability), should separate sleeping arrangements be required (i.e. one adult and child or two adults using single sofa bed and a folding bed). ¨ The kitchen has a ceramic hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and incorporates a breakfast bar with 2 stools. ¨ Air conditioning and Cable TV are available at no extra cost. ¨ There is a fully tiled shower room with free hot water.
