THE COMPLEX

This privately owned complex consists of two 5 storey developments adjacent to each other. Balkan Breeze 1 & 2 have 82 & 72 self-catering apartments respectively. Each have a swimming pool with a safe bathing area for children. Shared facilities include the swimming pools, poolside bars and complex security. Two pool tables and a football table are available for your enjoyment. Wi-Fi connection is available. There is a ground floor intercom system to connect you to your apartment.

LOCATION

Bulgaria is fast becoming a top holiday destination. Sunny Beach, aptly named for its sunny climate, spectacular beach and safe bathing is the largest resort on the Black Sea Coast. It is in a beautiful 5 mile semi-circular bay with a mountain backdrop.

*The complex is situated in West Sunny Beach on the Black Sea Coast, 5 miles from the ancient town of Nessebur, 12 miles from Bourgas Airport and 18 miles from the town of Bourgas which is easily accessible by bus from Sunny Beach bus station.

*The apartments are perfectly situated in a quiet location between the mountains and the sea but are only 700 metres from the beach and lively resort. Both the aquapark and a go-carting track are within close proximity.

*The seafront is easily accessible, flat and pedestrianised making a day time or evening stroll a pleasure.
